It is almost impossible to live without some stress but if it gets out of control it may harm your health, work, relationships and your enjoyment of life.


Each one of us at some point have heard, believed, idealized and tried to follow a common saying, “take life the way it comes”. But amidst the fast paced world how many of us can and are able to strike balance between personal limitations and environmental expectations?


Continuously evolving cultural, social, economic and moral transformation makes it all the more a Herculean task, the resultant repercussions being STRESS, STRESS AND STRESS OVERLOAD.


It is definitely right o expect that little amount of stress is necessary for action giving life its share of spice and excitement, but the problem all begins where our capacity to deal effectively and efficiently with stressful situations ceases. Stress is defined as the non-specific response of the body  and mind to deal with real or imagined pressures and threats from the external world, having common reactions such as anxiety, dialation of pupils, dryness of the mouth, increases heart palpitations, blood pressure. Slowing down of metabolic and digestive activities, headaches, excessive urination and inability to sleep and concentrate.


These symptoms if ignored in the course of time, act as silent killers, impedes our immune system giving rise to chronic ailments.
